Checklist information

Name (required):

  • What the checklist is for
  • Examples: "Room A Reset", "Opening Procedure", "Daily Cleaning"
  • Clear and descriptive
  • Easy to identify

Description (optional):

  • Additional context
  • When to use it
  • Special notes
  • Purpose explanation

Game link (optional):

  • Link to specific game/event
  • Makes checklist available for that game's instances
  • Helpful for game-specific procedures
  • Optional but useful

Checklist steps

Each step includes:

Step name (required):

  • What to do
  • Action-oriented
  • Clear and concise
  • Examples: "Reset puzzle pieces", "Check locks"

Step description (optional):

  • How to do it
  • Additional details
  • Clarifying information
  • Helpful notes

Optional indicator:

  • Mark if step is optional
  • Required steps must be completed
  • Optional steps can be skipped
  • Flexibility when needed

Photo (optional):

  • Visual reference
  • Show correct state
  • Training aid
  • Quality standard
  • Before/after photos

Order:

  • Steps can be reordered
  • Drag and drop
  • Logical sequence
  • Follow process flow

Creating checklists

Step 1 - Create checklist:

  • Define name and description
  • Optionally link to game
  • Set up basic information
  • Save checklist

Step 2 - Add steps:

  • Add each task as a step
  • Include descriptions
  • Mark optional steps
  • Add photos if helpful
  • Order steps logically

Step 3 - Save and use:

  • Checklist ready to use
  • Available to all staff
  • Can edit anytime
  • Duplicate for variations
