The platform gives you the tools to customize your reporting views, allowing you to quickly pull actionable data on everything from sales to customer behavior.
Setting up a Custom Dashboard
Dashboards provide a modular, real-time overview of your key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Navigate to Reporting and Analytics > Dashboards > Dashboard settings. Click + Create dashboard.
- Click + Add widget and select the Statistics type. This is where you define your metrics.
- Select a Data Source (Bookings, Transactions, Customers), choose a Field (the data you want to pull), and select a Metric (how to display it, e.g., Count, Sum, Average).
- Use the Show range option picker to select a predefined timeframe for the widget's data (Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 365 days).
- Remember that widgets are modular and must be manually resized by dragging the bottom-right corner.
Generating Custom Reports (Exportable Data)
Custom reports allow you to generate filterable, exportable lists for detailed analysis (e.g., in Excel or Google Sheets).
Common Report Examples

| Export Email Marketing List | Create Custom Report > Select Customers. Include "Opted out of receiving emails" field. | Filter the resulting spreadsheet (or the report itself) to only show customers who have NOT opted out (i.e., are opted in). |

When running a report for games scheduled within a specific timeframe (e.g., all games scheduled for February 2025), always filter by Booking Date (the date the game will occur), not the purchase date.
