Overview

Configurable dashboards empower your teams to build a custom, at-a-glance view of the specific metrics and data they need to monitor performance and make faster, smarter decisions.

Steps to Set Up Your Dashboard

  • Go to Reporting and Analytics > Dashboards > Click Dashboard settings at the top right.
  • Click + Create dashboard at the top right. Provide a name and description, then click Save.

Here, you’ll be able to configure a dashboard to your liking. Widgets can be added via + Add widget at the top right.

Currently, there are three main types of widgets: Statistics, Charts, and Activity stream.

Statistics

Using Statistics will require you to select a:

NameDescription
Data SourceThe category you want to begin referencing data from, including: Bookings, Transactions, Customers, Purchases, and more.
FieldThe type of information you want to pull from the Data Source.
MetricHow you want the data to be presented within the widget.

Charts

Using Charts will present you with similar items as above, however the only difference is Metric vs. Chart Type which defines how data is organized visually. There are three types to select from: Line, Bar, Pie.

Activity stream

Lastly, there is Activity stream. It's unique in that you're choose data from various logs or events and defining how many lines of information can be displayed.

Event logA log of actions when changes are saved across the entire platform, such as updating game settings, user role, or dashboard.
Booking activity logA log of actions that occurred within any booking, such as updating a booking slot status and which user performed it.
Transaction activity logA log of actions that occurred within any transaction, including: a customer adding payment, refunding a form of payment, or when a transaction is created or cancelled.
Customer email eventsActions tied to emails sent to customers, such as sending out Booking Confirmations or Payment Requests.

Time Range

Some options will provide you a Show all records toggle.

  • Enabling it will provide you an encompassing amount of data to work with that your company has collected since inception on our platform.
  • Show range option picker on dashboard allows you to define a smaller time range that may better suit the needs of your Dashboard.

Click Create to add the widget.

Widgets are modular and snap into place next to one another, Dashboards don’t autoscale in sizing, it must be configured, and you can resize the widget by dragging the bottom right corner.

When you're finished, click Done at the top-right to save your changes.
