Response Tracking and Analytics
Once distributed, the system tracks key performance indicators for both the survey campaign and the individual responses.
Survey Metrics (Campaign Performance)
These metrics measure the overall success of your distribution efforts:
- Completion Rate: The most vital metric—the percentage of surveys sent that were successfully completed.
- Total Sent vs. Completed: Raw counts of the number of surveys distributed and the number of responses received.
- Administrative Details: Tracking who Created By (staff member) and the Date Created.
Response Analytics (Data Insight)
These tools help you turn raw data into actionable insights:
- Per-Question Summaries: Provides quick aggregate data (e.g., average rating, percentage of 'Yes/No' answers) for each question.
- Individual Responses: Ability to drill down and review the full, unedited response from a single customer.
- Filtering & Export: Capabilities to filter results (e.g., show only responses from "Game X") and Export options (e.g., to CSV) for external analysis.
