View and manage your subscription plan, payment method, and invoices. The billing page gives you full control over which features are enabled, how you pay, and a history of all charges.
Getting started
Navigate to Settings > Billing from the sidebar. The page has three tabs: Your plan, Billing information, and Invoices.
How it works
Your subscription is usage-based. Each feature has a minimum monthly price and a per-unit rate. You only pay for what you use, and you can enable or disable features at any time. Your current billing period, usage, and total due are shown on the Your plan tab.
Invoices are generated each billing cycle and can be downloaded as PDFs. Your payment method on file is charged automatically.
Step-by-step guide
View and manage your plan
- Open the Billing page and select the Your plan tab
- Review the current Billing period shown at the top
- The features table shows each available feature with its minimum price, price per unit, enabled toggle, current usage, and current cost
- Toggle the switch next to any feature to enable or disable it
- Review the Total due at the bottom
- Click Update to save your changes
Waivers, Surveys, and Checklists are free when bundled with Bookings, Photos, or Event Management.
Add or update billing information
- Select the Billing information tab
- If no payment method is on file, click Add billing information
- If a payment method already exists, click Edit billing information to update it
- Enter the Cardholder first name and Cardholder last name
- Enter a Billing email and optionally a Phone number
- Enter your credit card details in the Card details section
- Fill in your Billing address (address lines, city, state, postal code, and country)
- Click Save billing information
Tip: Your billing email is where payment receipts and billing notifications are sent. Make sure it's an address you check regularly.
View and download invoices
- Select the Invoices tab
- Browse your invoice history in the table, which shows the billing period, invoice ID, payment date, payment method, status, and amount
- Click the download icon next to any invoice to save it as a PDF
Tip: You can change how many invoices are shown per page using the dropdown at the top of the list.
Delete your account
- On any tab, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Select Delete account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
This action is permanent. All users will lose access and your data will be removed.
Good to know
- Enabling a feature after your trial has ended will result in charges for that feature starting immediately.
- Invoice PDFs include a full breakdown of each feature's cost, any discounts applied, the total amount, and how much has been paid.
- If a payment fails, the invoice will show a "payment failed" status. Update your billing information and the system will retry.

FAQ
Q: Will I be charged immediately when I enable a new feature? A: No. Charges are calculated at the end of your billing cycle based on your actual usage. You'll see the running cost on the Your plan tab.
Q: Can I switch my payment method? A: Yes. Go to the Billing information tab and click Edit billing information to enter a new credit card.
Q: What happens if I delete my account? A: Account deletion is permanent. All users will be signed out and lose access. If you're having issues, reach out to contact@offthecouch.io before deleting.
Q: Why is my charge different than expected? A: Check if you enabled or disabled features mid-month, review your usage levels vs. included amounts, and look for any one-time fees or setup charges. Mid-month changes may be prorated.
Q: Can I change my billing date? A: Contact support to request a billing date change. This may require account adjustments and is not always available.
Q: Do you offer discounts for annual payment? A: We may not have any promotions at this moment. Feel free to inquire through our Contact Us page.
Q: What if my payment fails? A: You'll receive an email notification. Update your payment information immediately, as service may be suspended for non-payment. You can reactivate by settling any outstanding balance.
