You can customize the colors for all booking statuses on your calendar, including the built-in ones like "Available," "Booked," and "Checked in" for full control over how every status appears across all your calendar views.
Customize colors for default statuses
A "Default statuses" section is available on the Booking Slot Settings modal. You can now set custom background and text colors for these statuses:
- Available
- Blocked
- Booked
- Call to book
- Checked in
- Completed
- Passed/Expired
Reset to default
Each status has a reset button that restores the original colors if you want to undo your changes.
Consistent colors everywhere
Your custom colors now appear consistently across all calendar views:
- Resource calendar
- Monthly calendar
- Bookings list
