Advanced Emails - Copy Across Locations

Overview

If your business operates multiple locations (company groups), you no longer need to manually rebuild your email templates and automations for each one.

We've introduced a powerful new feature that allows you to clone your existing email setups from one group to many others with a single click.

Copy to other groups

You can now quickly copy your entire email setup to one or more of your other locations:

  • Copy Email Templates: Instantly duplicate any email template (like confirmation or reminder emails) to other groups.
  • Copy Email Automations: Duplicate full automation workflows, including all their steps, triggers, and content.

How It Works

  1. Go to Emails And Messaging > Email Templates
  2. Navigate to the respective tab, either Email templates or Automation
  3. In the Actions column, clicking the three-dots reveals a drop-down
  4. You will now see a new option: "Copy to other groups"
  5. A simple window will appear, allowing you to select one or more of your company groups as targets.
  6. Click Copy to confirm changes.

Templates will be copied over and set to "Draft" status. Automations will be copied over and set to "Inactive" status.
