Do customers need to create an account to access their photos?
No, customers do not need to manually create an account.
- The photo is included in their email after the game, without logging in.
- An account is automatically created when they book or sign a waiver.
- Optionally, customers can login by creating an account with the same email used from their waiver to see their past photos.
Ensure that your Photos email template in Automated Emails is Active and configured to your liking. Having this disabled may prevent your guests from receiving photos via email through our Photos feature.
