How to Send a Photo to Players

Accessing Photos feature

Go to Photos > Photos

Take photo; if using mobile a drop-down may appear with the following choices:

  • Photo Library - Select a photo stored locally on your phone’s photo library.
  • Take Photo - Capture a photo, and upload it directly without storing it locally.
  • Choose File - Select a photo stored locally on your phone, separately from its photo library.

Based on what devices are being used, it may be best practice to Take Photo such that one’s data isn’t stored unnecessarily. Additionally, if the photo was already taken, it should already be associated with the booking.

Assign Photo

A few options will appear enabling you to assign the photo by preference:

  • Assign to a game
  • Assign to players
  • Assign to booking

It’s typically standard to Assign to a game and mark the corresponding game. When navigating the next step, anyone who signed a Waiver for that respective game can be emailed.

Send the Photo Email

  • Click the three dots below > Email to group.
  • This will provide a list with all the customers associated with the assignments made previously.
  • Send Email to submit photos to all those who are check marked.

The system automatically creates an account when they book or sign a waiver. They don’t need to log in to receive the photo—it's delivered directly via email.

If you want to customize the email or add a personalized message, check your Photos Email Template under Emails and Messaging > Automated Emails.
