How to Change the Name and Address Shown on Invoices
If your invoices are showing the wrong business name or location (for example, displaying your Location A details on Location B invoices), you can correct this by adjusting where the invoice pulls its information.
Invoices in Payment Settings
In this section, you can choose which location’s information the invoices use. Update the business name, address, and contact details for each location as needed.
- Navigate to Purchases > Payment Settings.
- Below Payments, there's an Invoices section.
- Set the Address source to your preferences.
Each location can have its own invoice header — you just need to ensure the correct location is selected in Payment Settings.
