Full Payment using Custom Deposit

Accepting Full Payment When Deposits Are Enabled

If deposits are enabled, standard payment requests will only charge the deposit. To let a customer pay in full (e.g., corporate groups), you must override the deposit on that specific booking.

How to Allow Full Payment

  1. Go to Bookings, then click on the respective booking that you need to enable a custom deposit on.
  2. View the Transaction by clicking the arrow to the right of the Transaction ID.
  3. Navigate from the All Purchases tab to Payments.
  4. Click Payment options > Enable custom deposit
  5. This will display a pop-up where you can enable it and define the amount necessary.
  6. Click Save, then Send payment request

It's important to remember that making changes to a transaction may not be reflected in any payment requests already sent to a customer. It's best practice to send a new one after all adjustments are made.
