Invalid Transaction: Insufficient Resources

Editing Resources to Enable Game Booking

Issue: When trying to make a game available in the calendar, users may encounter an “Invalid Transaction” error. This usually happens because there aren’t enough resources (e.g., staff, actors) assigned for that day, even if the game is unblocked in the calendar.

Solution: You can adjust resources directly from the Booking page without affecting your regular schedule.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Booking in the Calendar view.
  2. Check the number of available resources assigned to that game.
  3. Adjust the number of resources to match the necessary staff for the experiences.
  4. Once resources are correctly assigned, mark the game as Available for booking.

Notes:

  • Editing resources on the calendar only affects the selected day; it does not alter your overall schedule.
  • Ensure that the number of resources reflects actual availability to prevent booking errors.

Tip: Even if a game appears unblocked in the calendar, it won’t be bookable unless the resources are sufficient for that day.
