Why did deleting a resource prevent bookings for a game?
If a game is assigned to any resource, deleting that resource may cause the game to become unbookable, even if the game is scheduled for a different date. This happens because the system still recognizes the deleted resource as required for the game.
To prevent this issue:
- Check the affected game’s details to confirm its assigned resource(s).
- Before deleting a resource, reassign affected games to another valid resource.
- If a game becomes unbookable after a resource deletion, manually reassign it in the schedule to restore availability.
If you're unsure which games are linked to a resource, reviewing game assignments before deletion can help avoid disruptions.
