Overview

The Support and Roadmap section is where you can submit feature requests and bug reports, and vote on tickets to help prioritize new features.

Key Features:

  • Voting system (each company gets 5 votes)
  • Tickets for open issues, work in progress, and completed features
  • Customizable permissions to allow specific roles to vote
  • Follow tickets for real-time updates

How do I access the Off The Couch product roadmap?

How to access the roadmap:

  1. Navigate to Support and Roadmap
  2. View tickets under "Open Tickets", "My Tickets", “Planned”, and "Work in Progress"

What were the most recent changes?

You can typically find our most recent updates under the “Changelog” tab with changes categorized on a feature basis.

How do I vote on tickets?

Each company has 5 votes that can be used to prioritize feature requests.

Steps to vote on a ticket:

  1. Ensure you are logged in as an Admin (only admins can vote by default).
  2. Go to Support and Roadmap and find the ticket you want to vote on.
  3. Click the three dots off to the right to expand the drop-down list.
  4. Select Vote for this ticket.
  5. Once a ticket is completed, your vote is automatically refunded for future use.

Note: If voting is unavailable, check your permissions or ask your administrator to enable it for your role.


How do I submit a new feature request or report a bug?

  1. Go to Support and Roadmap.
  2. Click + Create Ticket (if enabled).
  3. Fill in the required details, including a title, description, and relevant category.
  4. Submit your request and track progress in My Tickets.
