Copying Waivers

Last updated March 31, 2026

Is it possible to copy waivers to multiple bookings?

Yes, you can however it requires guests to have submitted a waiver already. This can be accomplished in two ways: through the Waiver History page or through a Transaction Details page within the Waiver tab.

Keep in mind that this option will only be visible when Shareable waiver type is enabled. You can configure that in Waivers > Waiver Settings if you haven't already.

Follow these steps to copy a waiver from a Transactions Detail page:

  • Navigate to Purchases > Transactions.
  • Find the respective Transaction; you can search by Transaction ID or Email using the filters above.
  • Under the Actions column, click the three-dots.
  • Select View transactions details; it will open up another page.
  • Navigate from the All Purchases tab > Waivers, then click Waiver options.
  • Choose the according event by date and time, then click >> Move waiver.

Note: It isn't good practice to duplicate waiver from a previous visit in place of doing one on their current visit. Doing so won't reflect a signature or agreement to your terms on the day of their reservation.
