Bulk Actions

Overview

Update multiple time slots at once. Here's a quick guide on actions you can do in bulk to save you time.

Accessing bulk actions

• Go to your Bookings page

To open bulk update:

1. Click the button More actions v to reveal a dropdown
2. Select Bulk actions
3. The bulk update modal opens

What bulk actions affect:

• All slots matching your criteria
• Within specified date range
• For selected games/resources
• Only available, blocked, or call-to-book slots
• Does NOT affect existing bookings

Bulk action types

Change status:

• Make slots available
• Block slots
• Set to call-to-book
• Affects all matching slots

Change price:

• Update pricing for time period
• Apply discount or markup
• Special promotional pricing
• Seasonal adjustments

Delete slots:

• Remove slots from calendar
• Use cautiously
• Cannot undo
• Does not affect booked slots

Performing a bulk update

Step 1 - Select action:

Choose from dropdown:

• Change status
• Update price
• Delete slots

Step 2 - Set parameters:

• If changing status: select new status
• If changing price: enter new amount
• Confirm you want to proceed

Step 3 - Select date range:

• Choose start date.
• Choose end date.
• Select which days of week
• Select time range

Step 4 - Select games/resources:

• Check which games to update
• Review selection carefully

Step 5 - Execute:

1. Review summary of changes
2. Confirm the update
3. Changes apply immediately
4. Cannot be undone

Example use cases:

• Block all slots for a holiday
• Open extra time slots for busy season
• Apply special event pricing
• Close specific days
• Adjust availability quickly
