How to Change Player Minimums for Certain Days

If you need to temporarily adjust your minimum player count — whether for a holiday, busy season, or any short window — the fastest method is to use Bulk Action on the Bookings page.

Update Player Minimums with Bulk Action

  1. Go to Bookings, at the top right is the More actions v button.
  2. Click it and expand the drop down menu, select Bulk actions.
  3. For Action, change it to Change slot pricing.
  4. Adjust the Player Minimum from there and ensure the respective events and time frame are selected.

Summary

  • Bulk Action is the fastest way to make temporary changes.
  • You can adjust any date range — a day, a weekend, or any short-term period.
  • If you make a mistake, just bulk update again to fix it.
