Hiding Gift Cards While Still Allowing Customers to Redeem Existing Ones

If you want to stop selling gift cards, but still allow customers to use the ones they’ve already bought, you can safely hide gift cards without affecting redemption.

How to Hide Gift Cards

  1. Go to Booking Site Settings.
  2. Under Booking site content, locate the gift card purchase toggles.
  3. Configure it accordingly; disable or hide the option to sell gift cards.

This removes gift cards from customer-facing pages so no new ones can be purchased.

Hiding gift cards does NOT affect anyone’s ability to redeem an existing card.

  • Customers can still enter and apply valid codes at checkout.
  • Only the sales option is hidden — redemption is unchanged.
