What they are:

  • Pre-designed email layouts
  • Can be customized
  • Include your content

Template types:

Abandoned cartSent out due to abandonment of item(s) to cart; timing depends on minutes, hours, days set in settings.
Cancelled bookingSent out when a booking is cancelled, typically manually or through expiration of a payment request.
Cancelled transactionSent out when a transaction is cancelled, typically manually or through expiration of a payment request.
Booking confirmationSent out upon purchasing a booking; contains payment details and the experience they booked for.
Follow-up emailSent out after the completion of a booking; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings.
Gift card purchase confirmationSent out to the one purchasing a Gift card.
Gift card deliverySent out to the recipient of a Gift card purchase.
Payment requestSent out through the Payment tab on the Transaction details page. Includes a link to make payment online.
PhotosSent out when a Photo is submitted to those associated to a booking time, game, or specific customers.
Refund issuedSent out when a payment is refunded from the Transaction details page.
Reminder emailSent out before the date of their event/booking; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings.  
SurveysSent out to audience selected from Survey; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings.    
Updated bookingSent out when edits are made to a booking internally.
