Template types:
| Abandoned cart | Sent out due to abandonment of item(s) to cart; timing depends on minutes, hours, days set in settings. |
| Cancelled booking | Sent out when a booking is cancelled, typically manually or through expiration of a payment request. |
| Cancelled transaction | Sent out when a transaction is cancelled, typically manually or through expiration of a payment request. |
| Booking confirmation | Sent out upon purchasing a booking; contains payment details and the experience they booked for. |
| Follow-up email | Sent out after the completion of a booking; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings. |
| Gift card purchase confirmation | Sent out to the one purchasing a Gift card. |
| Gift card delivery | Sent out to the recipient of a Gift card purchase. |
| Payment request | Sent out through the Payment tab on the Transaction details page. Includes a link to make payment online. |
| Photos | Sent out when a Photo is submitted to those associated to a booking time, game, or specific customers. |
| Refund issued | Sent out when a payment is refunded from the Transaction details page. |
| Reminder email | Sent out before the date of their event/booking; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings. |
| Surveys | Sent out to audience selected from Survey; timing depends on the Period of time set in its settings. |
| Updated booking | Sent out when edits are made to a booking internally. |
