Troubleshooting Google Calendar
Having issues setting up Google Calendar integration? Here's a quick checklist to make sure you didn't miss any of the easy stuff.
Events not appearing:
- Verify service account has calendar access
- Check Calendar ID is correct
- Ensure integration is toggled Active
- Confirm API is enabled in Google Cloud
- Look for error messages in platform
Wrong calendar:
- Verify Calendar ID
- Make sure you're checking the right calendar
- Calendar ID is case-sensitive
Missing information in events:
- Check you've used variable names exactly
- Include brackets around variables
- Verify customer info exists in booking
Credentials errors:
- Ensure you copied complete private key
- Check for extra spaces or line breaks
- Try creating new service account key
- Verify service account email is correct
