Reactivating Users

Overview

If someone returns to the team or was deactivated by mistake.

To reactivate a user:

  1. Go to Settings > User Management
  2. Click the three dots at the top right to expand the drop down
  3. Select "View deactivated users"
  4. Find the respective user, then click "Activate"
  5. Confirm the action
  6. The user can immediately log in again
  7. Their previous role and group assignments are typically restored, but verify these after reactivation.
