- Input Minimum number of players (the minimum number of players you’d like to play the game)
- Input Maximum number of players (the maximum number of players you’d like to allow to play the game)
- Toggle Show game difficulty on booking site to turn on the icons and labels you set under the Game details tab previously.
Resource Management

Note: If the game requires multiple resources across different resource categories, you will need to click This game requires multiple resource categories to run and configure it accordingly.
For getting started, assuming your experiences only require one operator to host a game, we recommend these settings:
- Number of resources required to run a single game is 1.
- Apply blocking rule to as Event Slot.
- Enable Block all overlapping events of the same type when a booking is made.
Pricing
From Bookings and resources, navigate to the right to the Pricing tab. Select from two options for Pricing type from the dropdown list:

Pricing Categories

- Input the Name of the new pricing category, typically "Person".
- Set the Minimum participants and Maximum participants, then assign the corresponding Price.
- Input the Minimum required to set the least number of spots required in this category for a group to be valid.
- Input the Maximum allowed to set an upper limit on the number of spots that can be purchased for this category per group.
- Set the Default to customize the preset number of spots automatically assigned to a category when making a booking.
Deposits
When enabled, a minimum amount will be required upon checkout for a customer to process a booking. This is a common practice to hold a balance without charging the full amount.
Note: If you intend to take payment after the booking is completed, select Require only deposit amount during checkout
Set Deposit type by clicking the dropdown list:
- Per booking (a flat amount for the entire booking)
- Per participant (deposit amount per participant in the group)
Lastly, input Deposit amount.
