Last updated March 30, 2026

Overview

Off The Couch Console offers three different types of waivers:

  • Traditional Waivers (A standard waiver form best suited for general check-in workflows)
  • Shareable Waivers (A unique, booking-specific waiver link that can be sent to the customer after purchase)
  • Lookup Waivers (A searchable waiver form that allows guests to find and complete their waiver by entering identifying details)

Ensure that this waiver is active and that the games you want to make visible are active.

  • Under Waiver page content, you can click the three dots to remove a game from a certain waiver.

Below are a few options:

  • Hide past slots on the current day keeps waivers from being visible beyond a game start time, narrowing down waiver selection for groups arriving later on in the day.
  • Allow customers to check in to multiple games per session allows guests to multi-select games and sign one waiver. This helps save time and assures guests they won't need to complete repetitive waivers for each individual game.
  • Allow customers to sign on behalf of minors without participating in the event is helpful for managing minors who typically shouldn't sign waivers on their own - enabling parents or guardians to do so for them without marking themselves as a participant.

The Appearance tab includes varying fonts, colors, and image settings which can be set to your preference.

The Waiver fields tab allows you what information you want to display, or make active, and what is required by a guest to complete a waiver submission.

Lastly, we arrive at the Embedding tab. Here is HTML that can be embedded on your website, additionally a QR code is generated for ease of use such that this can be displayed physically at your business for guests to scan with their phones.
