Overview

The Surveys feature allows you to build custom-branded questionnaires with various question types, distribute them to customers through targeted emails or a public QR code, and track detailed response analytics to gather feedback.

Here are some key features:

Survey creation

Survey settings:

  • Name and description

  • Target players of specific sessions or post-game feedback

Send by bookings:
