How we recommend your staff members take photos
It's easier to take photos if the device you're using is already on the Photos page. Plan to prep your device on a browser ahead of time.
- Once your guests are ready to take a picture, select the option to Take Photo (this option uploads the photo directly without saving it to your device's local storage, see Fig. 1 below).
Pro Tip: We recommend using "Take Photo" twice. Since this method doesn't save to your device, taking a backup ensures you still have an image if the first one fails to submit.
- After taking the photo, Assign to a game and select the correct game session you just hosted.
- Verify the list of players associated with the booking and click Send Email to send the photo.
Before they leave, practice asking if they have received it. Guests will acknowledge they've gotten their photo before leaving the premises.
Referring to game details after photos
Guests typically ask additional questions during the time photos take place. There's a shortcut to view the game details in case guests ask additional questions and a host needs to refer back to their game tracker, see Fig. 2.
Note that the View game details option only appears when:
- The photo is assigned to a booking/game
- The game has been tracked (completed with game data)
- The user has permission to view game history
