Troubleshooting

Booking not appearing:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check correct date selected
  • Verify game filter settings
  • Ensure booking was saved
  • Check different view (calendar/list)

Cannot create booking:

  • Verify time slot is available
  • Check you have permissions
  • Ensure required fields filled
  • Valid email format
  • Try different time slot

Bulk update didn't work:

  • Check date range selected
  • Verify games were checked
  • Ensure slots were available (not booked)
  • Look for error messages
  • Try smaller date range

Calendar loading slowly:

  • Too many resources displayed
  • Hide unused games
  • Use list view for details
  • Clear browser cache
  • Check internet connection

Staff not showing:

  • Enable "Show staff" setting
  • Verify staff assigned to bookings
  • Check you have permission to view
  • Refresh the page
