Quick steps to follow if customers aren't appearing

A customer not showing? Try these quick troubleshooting tips before escalating.

Possible causes:

  • Active filters applied
  • Customer not in system yet
  • Permission issues
  • Wrong company group selected

Solutions:

  • Click Reset all filters icon (the refresh button to the right of the Tag filter)
  • Verify the customer exist
  • Check permissions in Role Based Access Control
  • Refresh page
