Missing Games in Customer Profile

Why don’t some customers have a game listed under the "Games" column?

  • If you are not using Game Tracker, the system does not automatically associate a game with the customer.
  • Ensure that they filled out the waiver with the same email as any of their previous visits; using separate emails will produce alternate accounts with their Games assigned to those emails respectively.
