Can I update a customer's email if there is a typo?

Yes, you can update a customer's email by going to their transaction details and updating the email under the customer section.

  • Go to Bookings > Select the corresponding booking(s) associated with the customer.
  • Scroll down and navigate the from the Edit booking subtab to Edit customer.
  • Edit the necessary fields to update the customer’s information.
