What happened to my filters in Customers?
Having trouble finding filters on mobile? UI elements may appear differently on mobile comparatively to desktop.
Mobile view differences
On mobile devices:
- Card layout instead of table
- Filters in collapsible menu
- Tap to Filter
- Actions accessible
Filter access:
1. Tap Filter icon at the top right, beside the Refresh icon
3. Select the Filter of choice
4. Enter criteria
5. Tap "Update"
Best practices:
- Expand collapsable filters on mobile
- Tap customer card for details
- Swipe to navigate
- Use landscape for more space
- Desktop better for bulk operations
