Can I create a customer profile without a booking?

Yes, you can create a customer profile by creating a transaction without a booking. Additionally, waivers automatically create customer profiles.

  • Go to Purchases > Transactions
  • Click + Create new transaction
  • Within this blank transaction, navigate from All Purchases subtab to Customer
  • Fill in the necessary details to create a new customer profile
