Event history

EventsMay 22, 2026·6 min read·Updated May 26, 2026

Event history is the audit trail of every completed event session at your venue. The list shows the booking, group size, start time, total time, completion status, photo email status, and host for each session, with three filters and a click-through to the detail page.

Getting started

Navigate to Events > Event history from the sidebar.

How it works

Each row in the list is one completed (or in-progress) event session created by the event tracker. The page header reads Past events.

Three filters at the top of the list (Event, Booking date, Host) narrow the view. Click a row's three-dot menu and pick View event details to drill into the full session record.

Step-by-step guide

Browse event history

Open Events > Event history. The table shows every session with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
BookingEvent name, plus the booking date with a calendar icon and the booking start time with a clock icon
Player count"x[N]" badge for the number of waivers signed; hover to see the player names
Start timeThe actual session start time
Total timeThe duration from start to end
CompletedGreen checkmark icon if the session was marked completed, red X if not
Photo emailBadge: Sent x[N] (green), Not sent (yellow), or No photo taken (blue)
HostHost first name + last name
ActionsThree-dot menu with View event details

Click the page-size selector to pick 5, 10, 25, or 50 rows per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages. The empty state ("No data available.") appears when no sessions match the current filters.

Filter the list

Click any filter pill in the toolbar to open its popover:

FilterBehavior
EventMulti-select. Pick one or more events to scope the list. Title: "Filter by event"
Booking dateTwo radio options: Within the last [N] days or From [date] to [date]. Title: "Filter by booking date range"
HostFree-text search by host first name. Title: "Filter by first name"

Pick filter values and the list reloads. Click the reset icon in the toolbar to clear every filter at once. The total results count appears next to the filter row.

Open a session's detail page

  1. Find the session in the list
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column
  3. Click View event details
  4. The detail page opens with the full session record (header, stat cards, session info, performance, notes, objectives timeline, team and photos, general interactions)

See the Event details article for the per-session view.

Mobile view

  1. On a small screen, the table collapses to a single Booking column
  2. Each card shows the event name with a "View" link, plus stacked rows for booking date / time, start time, total time, completion status, and host
  3. The mobile pagination shows up to 3 pages at once

Good to know

  • Sessions appear here as soon as they're saved from the event tracker, whether the session was completed or not. Use the Completed column to filter to one or the other (the column is sortable).
  • The Photo email badge tracks whether the host (or any team member) emailed photos to the group from the event details page or from the Photos page.
  • Filters combine. Stack a host filter, an event filter, and a date range to find a specific person's sessions on a specific event in a specific window.
  • Filter selections stay in the URL, so you can bookmark a filtered view (e.g., "all my sessions last month") or share it with a teammate.
  • The Player count is based on signed waivers, not the booking's group size. A booking with 4 group size but only 2 waivers signed shows "x2".
  • Event history is read-only at the list level. To edit session data, open the detail page and use the inline edit controls there.
  • There's no CSV export from the list page yet. For bulk exports, use the Reports feature with the Events report type.

FAQ

Q: My session isn't showing up in event history. Why?

A: Confirm the session was saved out of the tracker (the host clicked Save on the Review step). Drafts that were never saved live in All incomplete forms on the tracker landing page, not in event history.

Q: How do I find sessions that didn't complete?

A: The Completed column shows a red X for non-completed sessions. The list isn't directly filterable by completion, but you can scan the column visually or run an Events report from Reports for a downloadable view.

Q: What does "No photo taken" mean on the photo email badge?

A: The session has no photos attached. Either the host skipped the photos step, or the session was tracked in a mode where the photos step isn't shown. Add photos from the session's detail page or from the Photos page.

Q: Can I delete a session from event history?

A: Yes, from the session detail page. Open it via View event details in the three-dot menu, then click the Delete event control in the header. Deletion is permanent and cascades to linked photos and notes.

Q: How do I edit a session's notes or completion time?

A: Open the session detail page and use the inline edit controls in the relevant section (Session, Performance, Notes, etc.).

Q: Is there a way to see sessions across all my company groups?

A: Not from this page. Each group has its own event history scoped to bookings in that group. Switch groups in the top-right group picker to see another group's history.
