Making Your First Booking

Overview

This is a quick step-by-step guide on how to make your first booking.

1.  Select the Game & Time Slot

  • Go to Bookings and click on the corresponding booking time slot on your Booking Calendar.
  • Under Edit time slot, click Book if you’re doing a singular booking or Add to cart if you plan to do multiple.

2. Adding a Promo Code

  • If you offer Promo codes, this can be applied before entering any Customer Details
  • Input the code into the Search bar below the Total and any active promotions may auto-fill. Select Apply for the respective code you're looking for to save the changes.

3. Enter Customer Details

  • Input the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and # of people.
  • If the customer has booked before, their details may auto-fill within the Search bar.

4. Adjust Player Count & Pricing

  • Verify that pricing is correct based on your Dynamic Pricing settings (if enabled).

5. Choose Payment Method

Select a payment option:

  • Credit Card (Stripe/Square)
  • Gift Card (Enter Code)
  • Cash
  • Customer Credit
  • Custom Payment (e.g., PayPal, Venmo if enabled under Payment Methods)

If the customer is paying later, select Pay on Arrival.

6. Confirm & Finalize Booking

  • Click Create booking to save.
  • If enabled in Automated Emails, the system will automatically send a confirmation email.
  • If the customer needs a waiver, the waiver link will be included in their email.
